WHO WE ARE
Meet the Tillman Family
Construction is a family affair for the Tillmans. It all started in 1986 when Bob Tillman built his first house in Morristown, Tennessee for the parade of homes.
This successful endeavor led Bob and his wife Beth to relocate their family to the Lakeway Area to pursue their dream.
Bob Tillman
While perfecting his craftsmanship in home building, Bob also saw a need in the area for a quality siding and gutter contractor. After many successful years owning and operating the siding and gutter business, Bob shifted to pursue home building full-time.
Brady Tillman
For the past 20 years, Bob’s son, Brady has been a familiar face to all of those working with Tillman Contracting. After working with his dad during his teenage years, Brady knew he wanted to pursue a career in home building.
He graduated from MTSU with a degree in construction management and spent the next 14 years gaining invaluable experience with some of the nations largest home builders.
In 2023 Brady and his family decided to relocate back to the Lakeway Area to follow in Bob’s footsteps and partner in the family business.
